Tonight I made turkey salad with the leftover turkey. (Shh. We didn’t roast it until Saturday)
In case you are in need of instructions:
Use the meat grinder attachment on the Kitchenaid. Coarse setting. Grind up the leftover turkey, 3 stalks of celery, an onion. Mix about 6 cups of the ground turkey, the celery, the onion with just enough mayo to stick it together. Add a bit of salt. Delicious.
