I got a grill for Father’s Day. It is a propane grill. I have never used a propane grill.

There are issues. Tips? Recipes? How not to char everything?

    Put the veggies on waaaay after the meat. And in foil or they’ll fall through and catch on fire.

    AND, if it catches on fire, SHUT THE LID. Move it away from anything else flammable (your deck). Shut off the propane. Get the extinguisher if it doesn’t put itself out shortly.
