Parsley Stuffing

This is one of the recipes that comes not from my great-grandmother or her friends, but from a childhood neighbor of my family-Pat Nerney

Parsley Stuffing


1 1/2 cups bread crumbs (French Italian)
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons melted butter

Combine all.
