OMG.....I was at the grocery store and overheard the butcher telling someone about this recipe. Well, I got everything and went home and made it. It is wonderful. Only 5 minutes prep and 35 min (used boneless chops)
in the over 30 with foil on and 5 without. Easy, and good. Everyone liked it. Anyone who reads this has got to try it!

I have made a recipe that calls for fresh apples that you cut up and mix in with the stove top. It is very good but I don't always have the apples on hand. Right now I have a can of apple pie filling so I am going to try this. It sounds very good.
