That&#039;s what I do when I have lots of eggs, then eat the whites in an omelette and feel all superior for eating healthy...right before I scarf down 3 dishes of creme brulee.

The thought of trying to take a bite out of a whole egg kinds oogs me out.  It does sound interesting with cheese nips, though!  Wonder if I can sneak it into a family function...</description>
