		<description>I food processed my "diced tomatoes with garlic and mushroom" to use for the spaghetti sauce.  I did add sage and oregano too.  No mozzarella in the house, and while we enjoy adding cheddar it's just too expensive right now.  So I put a bit of bacon on top to add more flavor.</description>
