I am simply rotten at taking pictures as I make something fairly routine. I even have a special food camera but somehow it is never around or something. I plan to work on that though! It is on my list of things to do. Really. Health salad was something else entirely in my house growing up. It involved shredded cabbage, carrots and green peppers as well as cucumbers. Sort of like a "PA Dutch Slaw" with cucumbers added. I do too. I am simply rotten at taking pictures as I make something fairly routine.
