		<description>It wasn't that bad....my mother would make up a concoction of grapefruit, crab, (or shrimp), a slice of avocado, maybe a slice of hardboiled egg.  Then the dressing....mayo, bit of catsup, bit of oil, some vinegar, some wooostershire, som dry mustard, a little of this and a little of that.  She would serve it in some fancy dishes as a starter!!!!  It was very good and still is very familiar!!!</description>
