		<description>Categories was decided roughly by looking through a few dozen cookbooks and narrowing it down to the most basic category headings, then flipping through my mother and grandmother's recipe card categories. In the beginning I had more but they became unmanageable, though I sometimes consider adding back the jello category.</description>
