Coconut Sour Cream Cake

This will be known as the year of the Duncan Hines cake forevermore.

Coconut Sour Cream Cake

1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
3 eggs
¾ c water
1 stick butter or oleo
Bake in 3 layers at 350, 20-25 minutes

Icing:

2 pkg frozen coconut
2 c sugar
1 8 oz carton sour cream
Cream together. Spread between layers while cake is hot. Refrigerate overnight.
