1 c vegetable oil
2 c sugar
2 c flour
3 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
1 jar junior baby food apricots with tapioca
2 tsp dry instant tea
Cream sugar and eggs, add oil. Add flour with dry tea added to cream mixture. Add apricots and nuts. Beat 1 minute. Bake at 350 for 55-70 minutes. Test at 55 minutes. If cake springs back, it’s done. Use bundt or loaf pan.
