Corn SaladThese corn recipes come courtesy of a friend finding a 1974 food section from The Gainesville Sun when cleaning out some boxes in our office suite. An interesting curried corn salad (mayo!) and a tuna and corn salad.

    This is a great and interesting use of ephemera. I really enjoy the blog and this post dovetails with what I’m doing–except non-food related. Very cool site. Great work.
