Cucumber and Radish Salad

Can I just say French Dressing must have been big? Every salad seems to have French Dressing added to it.
Slice 1 bunch cleaned radishes and 1 medium pared or unpared cucumber quite thin and arrange slices in lettuce cups. Serve with French Dressing to which grated onion has been added in the proportion of 1 tablespoon to 1/3 cup dressing. 5 servings. The Modern Family Cookbook

  1. I remember quite some time ago there was once vegetables were bunched together then sprinkled on with some olive oil and served. Think they’re still doing it and getting pretty popular in the US.
