I also wonder why once a week "Milk for all" shows up. I actually own her 2 book set as well. The menu in there is shorter I think...just one with lots of choices. The chapter in this one about feeding children completely cracks me up. I also really love how Sunday has a different structure to meals altogether. I get a kick out the coffee/milk thing too.
