Sort of a jello charlotte, if you were brazen enough to make charlotte with cool whip. Now, I think next weekend I am making an honest to goodness charlotte.

I've heard of this but I've never seen one before. It looks interesting. Way too much for one person but I'll remember it if I ever have a place big enough to have a retrofood party! :)

I don't remember ever seeing this one, but Jello desserts at church and family gatherings were a big part of my upbringing. I recall that the first time I saw a whipped up Jello concoction with Cool Whip folded in I thought it was the most amazing thing, LOL! Who knew Jello could be fluffy?!

The okra looks good.
No Jell-o oh my. Does someone send you care packages?

Or is the joy of fresh bread keeping you from Jello cravings?

I still have my 'Jello' cookbook (wedding gift): The Joys of Jello. Unfortunately we are living in France now and they don't have jello (gelatin, yes)...or cake mixes, or pie fillings....
I remember that dessert....great pics.
