		<description>So we did this tonight, well I did it, but I didn't follow directions (of course).  I didn't cut out the cores, that seemed dumb.  I didn't see any onion so I used minced garlic instead.  It was good.  The boys liked it a lot.</description>

		<description>When I was a personal nurse for the invalid in the South, there were more than a few older ladies who would tell me of the traditional Southern breakfasts which involved a lot of lard and butter.  Even the buscuits were made with lard cut into the dough, the pans coated in lard and the biscuit brushed on the top with lard.  Ironically, most of them had husbands who died many years earlier from a heart attack.</description>
