		<description>We used evaporated milk and powdered milk in so many things when I was growing up. I&#039;m fine with evaporated milk in potatoes, mac &amp; cheese and meatloaf, but some things just taste off with it. Powdered milk should never, ever be used for anything. That&#039;s just nasty!</description>
