Red Raspberry and Cottage Cheese Salad

From the Modern Family Cookbook

½ pint red raspberries, chilled
1 lb. cottage cheese, chilled
1 tablespoon sugar
Crisp lettuce
½ cup sour cream

Wash raspberries; drain. Combine lightly with cottage cheese and sugar. Pile lightly in lettuce cups on individual salad plates. Serve immediately with blob of sour cream. 5 servings.
