		<description>Omelettes end up a mess for me. Almost always. I had hope after seeing an omelette expert on Oprah back in the day, but no. I am glad to see someone else likes their eggs well done. Runny eggs are GROSS.</description>

		<description>Fried hard, scrambled (well done), omlette, or hard boiled. If I&#039;m the one cooking it, it&#039;ll likely end up scrambled (well done) regardless of what I started out trying to do with it. (Except for hard piled. Even I can&#039;t mess that up...)</description>
