Fried hard, scrambled (well done), omlette, or hard boiled. If I’m the one cooking it, it’ll likely end up scrambled (well done) regardless of what I started out trying to do with it. (Except for hard piled. Even I can’t mess that up…)
Omelettes end up a mess for me. Almost always. I had hope after seeing an omelette expert on Oprah back in the day, but no. I am glad to see someone else likes their eggs well done. Runny eggs are GROSS.
As long as they aren’t raw or poached, I like them.

I’m not really a fan of runny yolks but other than that i don’t really have a preference. I generally order them scrambled in restaurants.
