Tongue Salad

1-1/2 cups diced, cooked tongue

1 cup cold cooked green beans

Pearl Onion French Dressing

1 head lettuce

stuffed olives, chopped

2 tomatoes, diced

Marinate tongue and green beans (separately) in dressing for 1 hour. Toss lettuce in salad bowl with dressing, add remaining ingredients and toss lightly again. Serves 6.
