Molded Cheese Ring

This one sounds like a great one to try this weekend:

Molded Cheese Ring

1 package lemon gelatin

2 cups boiling water

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup grated American cheese

1 cup crushed pineapple

1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives

cooked salad dressing

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and chill until it begins to thicken. Whip until fluffy and fold in next 5 ingredients. Pour into a ring mold and chill until firm. Fill center with dressing. Serves 8.
