I love Egg Salad and am always looking for a new combination. Just the highlights of my favorites: - Classic Egg Salad with celery, red onion, and more. - Curried Egg Salad with cheddar,green onion, curry, etc. - Bacon Egg Salad with (of course) bacon and tabasco! - Caraway Egg Salad with the seeds and horseradish, etc. - Cucumber Egg Salad with mint and thinly sliced cucumber, with white pepper and rice vinegar. I learned to like it in a hurry (it was an 8 hour move). I like it with pickles. Celery preferred over celery salt (but if I don't have celery I'll use celery seed). Definately dry mustard.
